Create a Smart Music Plan

Creating a Smart Music Plan is simple and intuitive. This AI-powered feature helps you design a personalized music promotion strategy tailored to your goals, content, and release timeline.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Open the Smart Music Planner:
   • From the left-hand sidebar menu, select Smart Music Planner.
   • Click the “Create a New Plan” button.
   • Alternatively, go to the Overview section and click any of the three boxes in the lower center to start a new plan.
2. Answer Key Questions:
   To tailor your plan, your AI manager will ask the following:
   • 🎵 Title of your new release
   • 📦 Available promotional assets (song, video, artwork, promo photos, fan content)
   • 📅 Release date and 🎯 budget for optimized planning
   • 🌍 Target regions to align content with local trends
   • 🗣️ Preferred tone of communication to match your region’s expression style
   • 📲 Platforms used for promotion (Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
3. Review Your Plan Preview:
   A preview window will appear showing your complete strategy. Carefully review all the information to ensure it’s accurate.
4. Finalize and Launch Your Plan:
   If everything looks good, click “Create” to activate your Smart Music Plan.

If plans change or you need to update any details, just click the pencil icon in the top center of your plan’s overview box to edit the general information.
